We love Autumn 🥰
Fall is a very meaningful season to me. It teaches us about life in the most beautiful ways. I live in the Northeast and feel very fortunate to enjoy crisp refreshing air, magnificent Fall foliage and a welcoming touch of cinnamon and pumpkin decors. As we transition from the busy, outdoorsy Summer to Fall, I encourage myself to be more gentle with my routine including my diet, exercise and skincare .
